If any part is not 100% genuine Hyundai OEM, we will:

2. Fitment Guarantee

Wrong part? We replace it. Free.

We know fitment is everything. That’s why we offer a no-hassle fitment guarantee.

If you order a part that doesn’t fit your Hyundai – provided you used our VIN lookup tool or verified your part number – we will:

  • Send you the correct part at no additional cost

  • Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong part

  • Cover any restocking fees (you pay $0)

3. Lowest Price Guarantee

We work hard to keep our prices low by sourcing directly from Hyundai Mobis. But if you find the exact same genuine Hyundai OEM part – same brand, same condition, same warranty – at a lower price from a competing authorized retailer, let us know.

How to claim:

Exclusions: Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook), clearance items, and damaged/refurbished parts.

4. Fast Shipping Guarantee

Same-day dispatch or we cover your shipping.

Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day. Guaranteed.

If we fail to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays), we will:

  • Refund your entire shipping cost

  • Upgrade your next order to free expedited shipping

5. 30-Day Return Guarantee

Don’t love it? Send it back. No questions asked.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused, unopened part in its original packaging.

What we offer:

  • No restocking fees – ever

What we need:

  • Part must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging intact

  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery

Warranty Information

Every genuine Hyundai part includes the manufacturer’s 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty.

If a genuine Hyundai part fails due to manufacturing defect within 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first), we will:

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, filters, fluids, bulbs)
